how to make a minnie mouse costume?
I am attending a party as Minnie Mouse, I am looking for ideas on how to make puffball sleeves for the top (which is pre bought and already made) and how best to make the skirt with a net underneath. I have all the materials and a sewing machine, but need some good suggestions please!
For the sleeves just add extra fabric or even newspaper, just add the net to the skirt, stitch it around the top.
